You can now pay your water utility bill in person at your local Walmart. Read these instructions before you head to Walmart to pay your bill.

When you arrive at Walmart walk over to the Money Center. Most often this is located in the front of the store near the entrance. To process your payment in-store, have the following information on hand:

• Company name - The company name in the system will show as East Palo Alto Water.
• Account number - This is your 6-digit number associated with your water account. It can be found in the upper right corner of your bill.
• Amount you want to pay*
• The Cash, Debit, or Credit Card for payment

*There will be a $2.00 convenience fee added to each transaction.
